¡Hola a tods! Gula Sana es mi cafetería favorita en todo España porque no es sólo sin gluten, sino muy - pero muy - acogedora a tods con alergias variadas. Todo producto lleva etiqueta contando los ingredientes y alergenos que cada cual lleva. Además, haya variedad de leches para los que prefieren o necesitan un leche vegetal de soja o otro fruta seca para disfrutar su cafe con «leche» adaptado. Y sin exagerar, nunca mejor atendida. Son muy majs tods que trabajan allá.
Hello all! I heartily recommend this coffee and allergy-friendly shop, it is the best in Spain and I’ve traveled throughout the country. Everything is labeled so that if you have multiple allergies or specific diets (gluten, nuts, soy, vegan, etc.) you can still get a treat like everyone else who goes to a coffee shop. Also, they have various milks so you can have a cafe con leche like everyone around you. The staff is the best ever. Cheers!
Très bon accueil. Très bonne cuisine sans gluten. Des prix très corrects. Tout cela dans une ambiance cosy.
