We had the classic paella and it was seasoned very well. Topped it off with wine and filled vegetables. Though it was a wonderful evening and food experience. We are new to Barcelona but have had paella in other locations and this is better than others we have experienced.
Service was prompt and attentive. The restaurant was moderately busy -- we arrived early, at about 8:15pm. It was about half full (mid week in March). By 9:30 it was fill.
I was expecting it to be more "touristy" since it's on La Rambla but didn't strike me like that at all
They have a nice selection of tapas. I came here twice during my stay in Barcelona. It's nice to sit outside here and enjoy the weather and people watch. My favorites, which I ordered more than once, were the patatas bravas. The gambas al ajillo were tasty and filling, too.
We ordered seafood paella for 2 and it was amazing! There's also outdoor seating which is great for a nice day out. The only thing was that they ripped us off for water so be careful on the drinks!
