I initially went on line to enquire about an account, put my location in as Blanes, and received a phone call the next day. Both the staff I spoke with were so amazing and helpful. I am not very good at speaking Spanish, but the staff went above and beyond to help. They arranged an appointment the next day in branch. Lots of correspondence before the appointment, so I had time to look through the documents and understand. For the appointment I saw the same lady Eva, who again was really helpful and patient. A very positive expierance.
