If I had to recommend only one restaurant in all of España, it would without a doubt be Teo's. Never before have I ever been so impressed with not only the quality of the food, but also with the overall atmosphere and staff.
When we came into Teo's, our server was very helpful with explaining the menu to us. My daughter speaks Spanish and he was happy to speak in Spanish with her, even though his English was good, as well. When we finally decided on the food that we wanted, we ordered it and told the server that it was to share between the five of us. He made sure that it was to share. And now we understand why. When he came out with the dishes that we ordered, they came readily served into five portions...which further affirmed that they clearly make this food to order. I was impressed.
Oh and the food! Don't even get me started on that...the most rich and most delicious food that I've had. You have to try the crunchy grilled prawns, hake a la gallega, and lamb chops.
The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and very conversational. It was clear they wanted us to have a good time and even joked around with us.

Es un sitio encantador, su cocina excelente q parte de una muy buena materia prima, trato muy amable y profesional, restaurante muy muy recomendable. Yo sin duda repito todos los aňos.
