The best indian restaurant, in mainland Europe? Certainly the best I've eaten in whilst not in UK
(experience has led me to avoid indian food when not in UK)
Brilliantly and freshly prepared dishes, go for the nirmala, it is truly excellent , the veggie dishes are good too, and those of us who are veggie know just how veggie unfriendly spain is, but channa, tarka dahl, palak dahl and a range of other veggie dishes are there
The naan is great, as is the rice
Really well worth a visit
The incredibly delicious food and super friendly service is excellent, well worth visiting again and again. I highly recommend The Mountains of the Moon!!! It’s almost addictive:))

The Mountains of the Moon has reopened in its new venue,
When we heard the news we couldn't wait to sample Naresh's cooking again and we were delighted to be able to book a table for the opening evening. The new restaurant looked warm, cosy and inviting but perhaps more importantly the food tastes divine.
Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our table, the restaurant was full and there was a great atmosphere as people enjoyed Naresh's cooking.
We had a fabulous meal with first-class service and left with our taste buds dancing.
We can't wait to go again.
The new restaurant is situated in the pedestrian area just behind Foster Hollywood. I thoroughly recommend that if you like authentic Indian cuisine you give Mountains of the Moon a try.
