I was around Valencia, looking for a nice place, and as you can imagine, as a Mexican I am always looking for nice food. Serpientemplumada should get, at least, some nice mezcals, I thought, so I visit it and they have their own brand! Agasajo (regale) and it's incredibly good! so I decided to grab some tacos as well. Poncho, the chef, suggested grabbing one of his specialities: Chilaxtle taco. That was a great and nice flavour, some slow cooked pulled pork in some chillies sauce with nopales (cactus) that was beautiful!
I was very happy with the visit to this place, and I hope I will be able to grab the Damiana's Mezcal in England!! It's a delicatessen and an aphrodisiac!
