I came early in the morning -around 11am- just to leave my bags at reception until check in time but the receptionist - a very nice Spanish guy, didn't quite catch his name- offered me an complementary early check in. I went upstairs to the room just to find my bed -one in a 6 beds room- was even better than the one I have at home. You can tell they really thought about guests trough the renovations: each bed has its own socket and light inside a cubicle which is really handy to place your stuff - phone, books... - also the bathroom is in the room, so you only have to share it with your bedroom mates.
Overall, amazing experience, staff, food and facilities. Will return everytime Im back to Alcala!
