I was served by Sergio. The man made any gastronomical experience I have had so far seem like a stupidity. Coupled with my wife’s exquisite choice made me have the best time. I ate tapas portions of Iberian sausage, chorizo, asparagus with quail eggs, munchego, and a potato omelette in whiskey sauce. Boy was I satisfied, that with a bottle of the local sweet vino made me crazy in love. Well I was already in a great mood being on my honeymoon in this amazing town that is Sevilla, but bodeguita Romero just blew my mind. Cocina genial y buen servicio. Los camareros pendientes de todo siempre a pesar de estar lleno hasta los topes! Y con mucho arte !Sagrado el montadito de pringá. Yo me los llevaría en tupper a casa. La Pavía y la tortilla de camarones (tb sagrado) muy buena. Y la carrillada se deshace en la boca. No se puede ir a Sevilla sin pasar x las bodeguitas Romero.
